This policy applies to restaurant owners ("Merchants"), their staff, and customers ("End Users") who interact with Merchant websites hosted on Zentro.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
Account Information
When Merchants register, we collect their name, email address, phone number, restaurant name, and business details.
Order Information
When End Users place orders, we collect their name, delivery address, phone number, order details, and payment method preferences.
Usage Data
We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Platform, including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps.
Uploaded Content
Merchants may upload restaurant logos, food item images, menu descriptions, and other business content.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform and its features
- Process and facilitate online food orders between End Users and Merchants
- Send order confirmations, status updates, and delivery notifications
- Generate analytics and reports for Merchants about their business performance
- Communicate with Merchants about their account, billing, and service updates
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or security threats
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:
- Merchants & End Users: Order information is shared between the End User and the Merchant to fulfil orders.
- Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party services (cloud hosting, image storage) that help us operate the Platform, under strict confidentiality agreements.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers with industry-standard encryption. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Order data is retained for a period of 12 months for analytics and dispute resolution purposes. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

The Platform uses essential cookies to maintain user sessions and remember preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics data is collected in aggregate form to improve the Platform experience. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.
