Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Zentro platform ("Platform"), operated by Zettabyte Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including restaurant owners ("Merchants") and their customers ("End Users").
2. Description of Service
Zentro provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables restaurant owners to create and manage online ordering websites. The Platform includes features such as online menu management, order processing, delivery area configuration, payment integration, analytics, and customer management. Zentro does not operate restaurants, prepare food, or deliver orders. Each restaurant is independently owned and operated by its respective Merchant.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription Plans & Pricing
Zentro offers multiple subscription plans including a Free plan, Growth plan, and Enterprise plan. Pricing is displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and is subject to change with 30 days' prior written notice. Subscription fees are billed monthly. Merchants on paid plans may cancel at any time, with the cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days in a billing cycle unless specified in our Refund Policy.
5. Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for: (a) the accuracy of their menu content, pricing, and descriptions; (b) fulfilling all orders received through the Platform in a timely manner; (c) compliance with all applicable food safety, health, and business regulations in their jurisdiction; (d) maintaining proper hygiene and quality standards; and (e) handling customer complaints and disputes related to their food products and services.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Platform to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) post false, misleading, or deceptive content; (c) infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights; (d) transmit any malware, viruses, or harmful code; (e) interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure; or (f) engage in any activity that could harm the reputation of Zentro or its users.
7. Intellectual Property
The Zentro platform, including its design, code, features, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Zettabyte Solutions. Merchants retain ownership of their content (logos, menu items, descriptions, images) uploaded to the Platform. By uploading content, Merchants grant Zentro a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and use such content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform services.
8. Payment Processing
Zentro facilitates payment options configured by Merchants (cash on delivery, bank transfer, mobile wallets). Zentro does not act as a payment processor and is not responsible for any payment disputes between Merchants and their customers. Merchants are responsible for ensuring their payment methods comply with applicable financial regulations.
9. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zentro and Zettabyte Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Zentro in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to allow you to export your data within 30 days of termination.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.
